The room can be rented individually or with a small additional room adjacent which can be used as an office, private lounge or storage room for an additional £200 per month.

The accommodation is in a large, separate house to a beautiful country hall. The Annex is spacious, well furnished, with uncluttered rooms, lovely gardens, front and back, and countryside views.
The property is a few minutes off the A41 bypass, Hemel Hempstead town centre and Berkhamsted town. The grand union Canal (with a pretty canal side pub) is less than a mile away, Ashridge forest is 10 minutes cycle/drive and the views overlook fields and pastures. It is perfect area for walking, cycling and jogging.
There is space and privacy throughout the house. The downstairs shared living room is roomy and comfortable with garden views. It has a television and dining area. The large kitchen, which is used exclusively by lodgers is well supplied with all appliances and equipment. It has 2 large fridge/freezers, washing machine, tumble dryer and all other conveniences. All utilities and charges are included in the rent. A downstairs toilet is conveniently placed near the kitchen/living room. The house is cleaned regularly and a high standard of hygiene is maintained.
Grounds and gardens are well kept and the property is maintained by the owners. There is ample on-site, safe parking, on the grounds, and good-sized private gardens for the lodgers with a patio area and garden furniture. Lodgers can BBQ and relax outdoors.
