Affordable accommodation offered in BUSHEY - WD23 area, excellent opportunity for a Female ONLY homesharer who is looking to live in a lovely home.

We are a Not-for-Profit charity in London who run a Homeshare programme, where we find homesharers who are willing to provide approximately 10 hours a week of help, support and companionship to a householder who has a spare room.

TRANSPORT
Bushey Rail station is a 12 minute bus ride and is in travel card zone 8 and takes approx. 19 minutes to London Euston (Direct) and 24 minutes when changing trains.
Journey time of 10 minutes to Watford Junction.
Number of buses to Watford, Harrow and Stanmore

HOUSEHOLDER
The householder is a lovely lady in her 90’s and lives in a lovely spacious three bedroom home in Bushey, she has Alzheimer’s and can forgets when people visit which makes her feel nervous and lonely at times. Her family are very involved on a daily basis and wants the mum to stay at home as long as she can as it has been her family home for a long time.

The householder enjoys playing cards, Rummy and Sevens and talking about the News. She enjoys chatting about the old days and likes to know there is someone in the house with her. She enjoys short walks when she is able but has not been able to go recently as she has not been too well.

The ideal candidate would be a kind and friendly female, someone who can enjoy the company with Margaret and share stories, someone who is calm, kind and helpful and also friendly. The householder would like her home to be kept tidy.

ACCOMMODATION
Three bedroom terraced house with a number of local shops near the home.
The home consists of three bedrooms, upstairs separate bath and toilet, downstairs shower and toilet, spacious fully equipped kitchen/diner and separate dining room and a nice sitting room.
The homesharer will have a lovely single bedroom, with new single bed, wardrobe, and bedside cabinet.
Internet is available.
The room is available immediately subject to DBS and Reference checks and after an initial meeting has been organised.
