-The flat is a 10 minute drive to Watford shopping centre and close-by to local high-street
-You will have your own bathroom with tub and spacious bathroom storage as pictured
-Access to all kitchen utensils, washing machine, dishwasher etc
-Your room with have a double wardrobe (hanging space) and single (this has shelves)
-Room includes desk (minus desktop), double bed, side table, wardrobes as specified, frames, lamp (does not include pink sofa that is being sold)
-Basic Sky TV, all bills and SKY broadband included in price
-Fortnightly cleaner will be included in price
-I am happy for you to change decor of room at your own cost
-Council tax not included
