The flat is an 8 minute walk to Watford High Street Station and a 15 minute walk to Bushey Station (17 minutes to Euston). It is also in walking distance to the shopping centre and High Street.

THE BEDROOM: The room comes with a large wardrobe, a double bed and a chest of drawers. The room comes with its own bathroom.

REST OF FLAT: The kitchen/dining area/lounge is open plan and spacious. You would have full use of cooking utensils, dishwasher, Washing machine etc.

OTHER INFO: To keep things simple, all utility bills, sky and fibre optic broadband are included. There is ample parking You if you have your own car and the flat includes a washing machine/dryer, a dishwasher and all other items one would expect to find in a flat.

I am a 30 year old professional, easy going, friendly and respectful. By day I work for a Property Developer and by night you can usually find me at the gym or out and about with friends.
