Two double rooms in Cheshunt

Hello! I'm offering two beautiful double rooms in a freshly renovated two-bedroom flat in Waltham Cross, Cheshunt. Good connections to central London. The flat has been recently painted and furnished with new furniture. It's a lovely, clean, and comfortable place to live.

The flat will be shared with two other people (3 people in total) but you'll have your own room. The landlord lives out, so you'll have plenty of privacy. You're welcome to make yourself at home and stay for as short or long as you need, with a 2-week notice period if your plans change.

There are no restrictions on cooking, dietary preferences, lifestyle, background, or age. While I prefer female tenants, responsible, kind, and respectful males may also be considered. Basically, I'm just interested in finding a clean, honest, and easy-going tenant who respects the privacy of others and doesn't need to socialise a lot.
