Room to rent in country home

I live in Chrishall in a four bedroom semi-detached house.
Now my sons have left home I'm looking to rent one of the bedrooms out.
The bedroom has a double bed, bedside table and wardrobe with draws and desk.
There is a television cable in there to connect a TV up
to my outside aerial.
You would have sole use of the bathroom most of the time as I have an ensuite unless I have people to stay.
I have two small dogs so must be ok with pets.
There are three good pubs in the area and I am only
twenty minutes from Cambridge and less than ten minutes from the M11.
I work from home so would be looking to rent to someone who goes out to work.
It is a peaceful village but you will need a car to get around
There is fibre broadband.
There is also a utility room with washing machine/tumble dryer.
I am looking for someone who is clean, tidy and respectful.
