Well furnished room plus TV. Close to Arnos Grove and Southgate Stations 15 - 20 mins to Central London. Many buses at short intervals. Local shops and good restaurants at a stone throw as well as cinema houses. Parking and private gym available for free. The lodger will get to share an entire floor with just one person who also has their private bathroom.
I am looking for male or female from age 18 on wards who is able to live amicably with others.
