The house is located with direct access on the common.
This is a very quiet, beautiful location but only 10/15 min walk to the station and Harpenden Town Centre.
Only 10 min drive from St Albans

The room is on the top floor, with a bathroom on the floor below, this bathroom is for you private use.

The room is a good size, light and bright but has block out blinds for a good night’s sleep.
It’s a spacious house, in addition to bedrooms there is a lounge, dining room, kitchen, garden and the common on your doorstep.
All rooms aside from lounge you are very welcome to use

We are a pretty quiet but very busy family – me and my 10 year old. My 10 year old will be away for half the holiday period.

We are looking for equally quiet (ish), clean and tidy professional.
