Single room in family home

- quiet residential area, walking distance from Harpenden station and centre. Shared kitchen and bath/shower rooms, use of washing machine & dishwasher, Wi Fi. I work as a teacher and my daughter works in the charity sector, staying mostly in London but returning home often.. We’re looking to share with someone easy-going, friendly and independent who can leave a kitchen as they find it, hold a personable chat when paths cross but equally who can share a mutual respect for each other's privacy. We have a comfortable family home, and an attractive, peaceful garden. Our dog is quite large and very friendly although she’s been known to bark at the postman. No smoking in the house. If a lodger would like to stay Monday-Friday the rent would be reduced. References & deposit required. Female preferred.
