The house comprises of 3 double bedrooms and one single room, two bathrooms both newly renovated, a large living room with open fire (in use), a large kitchen / diner which has also been renovated recently with a beautiful log burner fire, a study, utility room and large garden. There is off street parking and a shed in the back to store a bike. It’s about 20-25 mins walk to Harpenden station / 5 mins drive.

The room for rent is a light spacious room, with a king size bed, dressing table etc and lots of storage. There is a bathroom adjacent to the bedroom which will be for private use.

I am a 36 year old professional working in london (although currently working at home due to covid). I am animal obsessed and have two rescue dogs and 2 rescue cats so house mate must love animals. I am sociable / friendly but enjoy a more quiet pace of life due to quite a demanding job so looking for someone with similar outlook. I love cooking and travelling.
