The room is currently semi-furnished with double bed, bedside tables and chest of drawers and has a lovely en-suite bathroom. There is extra space on the landing where it would be possible to add a chair / desk etc.
We are a family with 2 young daughters but the spare room has it's own access via separate staircase at the opposite end of the house.
The location is rural but 1.25 miles from the pretty Market town, Tring and we are right on the Ridgeway with access to many footpaths and woods. It would suit a working professional looking for somewhere quiet to be based in a beautiful, rural location.
