Hey guys, I am looking for someone to replace me in a house on Briars Wood this year. it's a 4 person house (including yourself). It currently has 2 Males and 1 Female right now. It is 15 mins walk from both Campuses, give or take. If that's too long I'm also selling a bike for cheap. Cycling is 5 mins.
It has a kitchen (with washing machine and tumble drier), living room, conservatory, garden, and a side alleyway for safe bike storage.
Upstairs there is a toilet and separate bathroom with a shower/bath the rent is £352/month and then we each pay £55 into a billing account every month to pay for utilities, internet, and toilet paper. So its £405 per month in total. You get the remainder of the bill money back by 12 of July. which is when the contract ends.
