A beautiful double room in a fully furnished 4 bedroom detached house, with two bathrooms, large modern kitchen/diner with brand new flooring and access to appliances including; washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, oven and storage space. The kitchen doors lead out onto the back garden which has a decking area with seating.

Room is available on A Monday - Friday let at £550 per month.

Room comes with a king sized bed, all bedding, bedside draw, a side board and built in wardrobe with draws inside and fittings. There is main bathroom that would be yours mainly, although in the morning used for a shower by female house mate. It has a full size bath with shower over bath, excellent water pressure and great for washing hair!

You will be sharing the house with a professional young couple who are the live in landlords. There is loads of space, so no worries about tripping over each other.

Price includes all bills and reasonable use of utilities, including fast wireless Internet connectivity.

Location/transport connections:

The property lies next to The Ryde in Hatfield which is adjacent to the historic Hatfield House and woodlands. It is situated in a safe and friendly community. It borders Hatfield and Welwyn Garden City and is less than 20 minutes' walk to Hatfield train station. From there, you can be at London Kings Cross / St Pancras station in just 20 minutes, or a little longer into Moorgate.
For drivers we are in a great location for transport links including the A1, M1 and M25 not too far.

Just down the road, you will find Stanborough Lakes which is great for walks, water sports/activities, bike rides and picnics. Less than five minutes away is a small shopping park containing a large Tesco supermarket, Costa and Next store etc... The Galleria is close by offers an outlet shopping centre, restaurants and a cinema. There are also a range of local gyms, some that have spa facilities to use, these include Gosling and David Lloyd.
