Friendly Female Professionals Seeking Housemate

I am a current tenant who is moving out and seeking someone clean, tidy and considerate to move in with current housemates. Students and professionals welcome. Most of the house was freshly painted and new kitchen was fitted in sept 2016. Room is a furnished single, as shown in pics. There is a chest of drawers for the room I have put it in another room so I have space to do yoga but it does come with the room so will be moved back in for the new tenant! If you want to fit a double bed in, and move the desk out of the room that is also possible. The single bed could be moved into a spare room that is empty. House is very close to UH college lane campus five minutes walking, also a stones throw from the petrol station and south Hatfield shopping centre - there is one stop shop dentist hair dressers post office butchers Chinese take away, and a bus stop. 15 mins walk to galleria. Bills approx £50 p/month for gas, electric water and fast BT broadband. Council tax must also be paid but students are exempt. Ideally looking for someone to start a 6 month contract from 15th march so no time wasters please, be ready with your deposit and guarantor if needed when getting in touch to view etc.

Rent and deposit are really cheap! Deposit is even cheaper than the rent :)

Deposit is £300 per person, same for students and professionals. Admin fees are £85 for student this includes a credit check for guarantor. For professionals the admin fee is £75. Please feel free to call, text or message me on here.
