Small double for short term

Short term let, approx 8 weeks but occupier needs to be able to move out with 1 weeks notice.
House is in very poor decor, but facilities work. Combi boiler, so always hot water for the very small shared bathroom and shower. Radiators, shared use of Cooker fridge freezer and washer. Will need to pay share of gas and electric on top of rent. Usually about £20-£30 per month.
Possibly shed or loft storage if needed.
Plenty of free off road parking but it is not directly next to house as it is a raised terrace set back from the road.
Kitchen space, and snug room are the only communal space.
