Looking for lovely female lodger - available from beginning January.

Part time five day week rental only. – perfect fit for someone in the film industry 💛and looking for a quiet boutique style hotel room. Sharing with another lovely girl working in the film industry and me (girl), a photographer.

The room is available Monday to Friday £500 a calendar month with £500 deposit.

Last lodger said ‘Staying here was a home from home experience. Claire is a great host, making me feel at ease instantly. It made my weekdays in Hemel absolutely lovely and I couldn’t recommend her, or her house more. It’s a special home with a great and relaxed vibe.

10 minutes from Warner Bros Leavesden studios, 10 mins from Bovingdon , 20 minutes to Elstree, 30 mins from Pinewood. 25 mins from Euston on train.

Based in Apsley 8 mins walk to train station.

Very white and clean room with brand new plantation shutter blinds. A tranquil room. There is a double bed with a comfortable brand new mattress topper and duvet, and a desk plus two x large bookcases (at the bottom of the bed - not shown in photos ) to put folded clothes and hooks on the back of door with coat hangers.

Towels and bedding are provided and washed for you weekly.

The kitchen, shower room, breakfast bar, conservatory and garden are all shared.

There is a dining table in the conservatory you may use too.

The new shower room is on the landing with a fab hot power shower.

The kitchen has dishwasher, microwave, oven, with space in the kitchen cupboard. There is a fridge and freezer just for lodgers so plenty of room to store anything.

All bills included. No need to buy any cleaning products, toilet rolls or kitchen condiments etc.

Super fast fibre broadband available.

Must love animals as we have an old cat and a young kitten cat plus hamster and fish!
I am very easy going friendly landlady who works mostly from home in the day.

This is a lovely cosy family home and would suit someone doing a stint in the film industry or commuting to London as am very near the train station. Close to the station and a short drive from M1 and M25. A five minute walk away from Sainsbury's. Hemel town centre and only ten minutes drive to Saint Albans or Watford.

Our road is a cul de sac so very quiet at night.
Parallel parking available outside on the street or the street opposite. No driveway.
