There is also a bus stop directly across the road. and five doors down to travel in the opposite direction.

There is a Modern fully equipped kitchen dinner with more than enough cupboards to go round :) There are bar stools to sit round the island or chill out on the sofa and make use of the Large plasma screen mounted on the wall.

The utility room is equipped with fridges freezers washing machine, tumble dryer, downstairs WC & walk in cupboard for keeping stock of cleaning goods and such.

The Garden has a seating area, BBQ chiminea, fire pit bowl A new rotary washing line and even a greenhouse at the bottom for any green fingered lodgers out there.

The bathroom upstairs has a new electric shower and a whirlpool bath plus with the combi boiler there is an Endless nonstop supply of hot water 24/7.

The Largest of two Doubles in the house Is Ât £550 pcm the rooms Inc all bills, & a super fast Virgin 100MBps broadband connection.
there would be an additional fee of appx £125 extra for couples which the rooms have plenty of space to cope with.

The Maximum amount of other occupants here at any one time would be two or three, dependent on who takes the allowable double occupancy rooms .
I will not go down the HMO route this is a family house!

This is still my main residence right now, I come back down from my ongoing renovations in Norfolk to stay in one of my box rooms every month or sometimes six to see the quack or carry out repairs when required.

The house is tidy and a very friendly, homely place to live
