I have a single room to rent in the flat that I am currently renting. It can fit in a double bed but will reduce room space. The flat is a 2 minute walk to Hemel Hempstead town centre and 15 minutes walk to the train station and industrial area.
There is plenty of parking and a very quiet area to live in.
Looking for someone easy going and of course clean to live with!
I work evenings a lot so you would have plenty of your own space.
