We are looking for a lodger who would like to rent a room in our house. The house is on the outskirts of leafy Chorleywood with easy access to M25, Chiltern line in to Marylebone and the Metropolitan line.
The room is a double sized with double aspect. There is a chest of drawers, wardrobe and shelving. There is use of a sometimes shared bathroom, and access to a shared kitchen.
We are in a very quiet and friendly residential neighbourhood.
The beautiful large garden backs directly on to fields with footpaths down to local quiet secluded woods. Locally Chorleywood has shops, restaurants and cafes. There are plenty of pubs in the area offering real ales (The Land of Liberty) and fine food in others.
We are a musical family of 4, with 2 young children (8 and 9yo). There are 3 cats. Classical musicians welcome as there are a number of keyboard instruments available as well as space for practicing.
