SECURITY DEPOSIT

You will be sharing the house with other polite professionals who are sociable and respectful of living in a shared peaceful environment. This property is not suitable for party animals. TENANTS
I am looking for people who are mature in their approach to sharing and respectful of others’ privacy and right to a pleasant life. It is preferable that you’ve some previous experience of living in a shared environment. The ability to make friends easily and good communication skills are essential. I am a caring landlord and like to make sure my tenants are happy.

ABOUT THE LANDLORD
I am a live-out landlord. I take pride in selecting the right tenants and maintaining the property with a view to regular maintenance and upgrades. I have working relationships with various tradespeople, and I usually get necessary work done very quickly. You can verify all of this when you talk to the other tenants at the viewing.

OTHER
All tenants will have to demonstrate a legal right to rent in the UK, provide references, and authenticate their identity. Forms are provided online and are quick and easy to use, and scanned ID documents can be emailed. I will get back to the same day in most cases. I will usually ask another tenant to conduct viewings in order that get a sense of how the house operates before you make a decision.
