All decorated and furnished throughout in a contemporary style. At the rear there is a garden with large patio area and ample residential parking if you drive.

*SHORT LETS* – we can consider shorter lets of 1 month minimum for an additional 10% rental fee.

LOCATION - The house is walking distance to Hertford North Station, local shops (Aldi) and Hertford Town Centre, where there is a Leisure Centre with Swimming Pool, Arts Complex with Cinema, as well as nice shops, bars, pubs & restaurants.

Many local employers in the area if driving to QEII WGC (10 mins); Tesco WGC (12 mins); Herts Uni (14 mins); GSK Ware (9 mins); GSK Stevenage (20 mins); and Lister Stevenage (21 mins).

TERMS - Minimum six month's stay. Deposit is equivalent to one months rent - held by the DPS for the duration of your stay. All communications are direct with owners Andrew & Stephanie
