MY LARGE LUXURIOUS ELEGANT HOUSE IS SITUATED IN A BEAUTIFUL LEAFY ROAD VERY CLOSE TO THE CENTRE OF HERTFORD.

This is a lovely place to live with large rooms for someone looking for something a bit more special and luxurious. It is beautifully decorated and I believe has everything you could possibly want.

Large, fully furnished double room with Kingsize bed. Lodgers usually say the room is much bigger and with more storage than they had expected. As well as a Kingsize bed, the room includes a built in wardrobe, a freestanding wardrobe, 2 large chests of drawers, a dressing table and chair and 2 large bedside chests.

Plenty of privacy including a separate formal dining room. There is also a dining area in the breakfast room, 2 cooking areas (fully equipped), lounge, conservatory, TV’s including a large flat screen TV. The rooms are much larger than average.

One minute walk to Hertford town centre. Easy walk to a choice of 2 railway stations.

All bills included. Excellent broadband and cleaner included at no extra cost.

Beautiful garden with garden table & chairs on patio, sun lounger and BBQ.

Off road parking. Garage available for motorbike and bicycle storage.

Walking distance to the Hertfordshire countryside and close to cycle paths.

My lodgers always say the house is much nicer than the photos.
