Double bedroom available to rent. The 3rd bedroom is mine, I own the flat but I am away on work commitments most of the time.

Short term lets ideal. As I am currently trying to sell the flat there will be a need for viewings. Also, it does mean I would prefer to have someone who is happy with an informal, rolling 1 month notice period.
