Trendy Attic Apartment - Hitchin *Sought After Loc

So I've been very lucky once again to land a great apartment in central Hitchin, 10-12 minute walk to the station, already in town near The Vic pub.

The apartment itself will come furnished and you're welcome to share all kitchen utensils etc.

I'm a working professional who spent the last year working for the NHS, before taking a bit of a back seat/ break and changing up the career path to ease up the stress a little after the pandemic.

There will be a TV in the apartment and will be up for chilling watching some/ timing dinner together when we can, but others, I'm pretty outdoorsy and like to get to the gym as often as possible, go for runs (a lot of the time round Barton Hills) and do yoga,

The furniture in photos doesn't currently match what will be in there from the 1st Dec, so I've included some pictures of the old apartment to show more of the vibe.

They'll be some good house plants. Not a massive meat eater, but eat some. Not a smoker so wouldn't want that in the apartment. Partners would be welcome to say (just not to move in full time), although negotiations although there in future,

I am someone who will like to host dinner parties and gatherings, but chilled/ nice atmospheres - nothing too hectic.

This is a pretty good space in Hitchin at not a bad price. Viewings will take place on the 26th & 28th - so this Friday or Sunday night and going forward from there until the right person is found for the space.

I'm pretty chilled and grew up in Hitchin so the town suits me well, if you're new to town I can certainly show you around and settle you in, if you're not new, you'll appreciate what a great find this place is for the area and I'll look forward to meeting you :)

The only bill I haven't factored in to the rent is the water bill, which I won't really know ahead but won't be monthly or outrageous when it hits. I can loop you in on what I paid in my last place when we meet, so you have some idea.

Also deposit. I'll pay the bulk but on move in, £500 will be asked for. This can either be paid on 1 lunp on move in or spready across the first 1-3 months if it helps you out.
