Double Room in Spacious Flat Central Hitchin

From November I'll have a spare double room in my flat in Hitchin as my friend is moving away.

I'm 27 and work 2-3 days a week in London. The flat is very much my home as all the furniture in there is mine, so I'm looking for someone who is clean and will treat it as their home too :)

I'm quite an active person, and enjoy being outdoors running, cycling, swimming and walking - so it would be nice to find someone who also enjoys some of those things!

Ideally looking for someone I can be friends with, but I do also like my own space so a balance of the two would be ideal!

Here's all the info:

- Double Room
- Your own bathroom (next door to room, pretty much en-suite)
- Spacious living area and kitchen
- Balcony
- 2 min walk across the road to Hitchin town centre
- 12 to 15 min walk to the train station with trains into London & Cambridge
- Car parking space can be available (or permit parking on the road)

The rent is £695 per month and water is included. Council tax (band D), wifi, and electricity will then be added on top of this on a monthly basis.
