I am a live-in landlord and my girlfriend lives with me. A 3rd bedroom is kept spare as a study with a sofa bed.
Looking for someone respectful and polite and not a party animal. No couples as there is only 1 bathroom.
I won't accept anyone taking drugs (including smoking weed) in the flat.
Stated rent figure could be negotiable if ideal person.
Would consider a Monday-Friday let only.
Also willing to consider short term e. g. 2-3 months maximum.
