Single Room for Rent

The house:

We have a small double room available in the town of Hoddesdon. From the house it takes less than 10 minutes to walk to Rye House station, which has direct links into London (15 minutes to Tottenham Hale and 30/40 minutes to London Liverpool Street).

The house is situated on a very quite neighborhood and we've had no issues in the year we've lived here so far. From the house you can walk into town which would take around 20 minutes or there is an option to head to John Warner leisure center in 10 minutes.

At the moment we are paying £533 each pm with the £92 roughly on top to cover for all the bills.

The housemates:

One of our house mates James has decided he needs to move out at the tenancy end in September.

The two house mates you will be living with are Reece and Arianna. We are both working professionals and have been friends for a while.

We are looking for a house mate that is happy to socialize outside of working hours but also wants a house that is very relaxed and chilled. On occasions we do have our own groups of friends over for a drink and some music. Or we may even have some evenings where we cook meals, watch shows or play board / card games.

At present, we both work from home most days but as the rules around C19 relax we might be split between the office and home throughout the week.
