A lovely cottage in a great location

I have a down stairs doubler bedroom to rent in my beautiful cottage. There are wooden floors all the way through downstairs. A cosy living room area with big leather sofas, a large wood burner, a big TV and an easy to look after small kitchen with marble work tops and steel appliances, there's a big shower room upstairs for the 2 tenants and a bathroom downstairs for the 2 tenants.. There is a front and back garden and good parking in the road.
I am looking for an easy going, clean tidy tenant with a good sense of humour and good personal hygiene. The cottage is a lovely place to live in a great location to the village, lock, pubs, train stations, nice walkways, foot paths and bike rides.
This home would suit someone who isn't into football - EastEnders or clubbing but rather those who enjoy good conversation, watching a good movie or enjoy a glass of wine in front of a fire and someone who appreciates their own space. Sorry No space for over night guests.
If you're interested your welcome to come and have a look around to see if this is a good fit. The tenants that have left lived here for 5 yrs, another tenant 4 years. The 3rd tenant has returned over the years and the 4th tenant is my son. Unfortunately I cant get rid of him. I live on the property so we do bump in to each other from time to time.
