Newly decorated large double room furnished with double bed, two double wardrobes, two bed side cabinets. I have a friendly black cat who is a quiet soul. So if you have allergies to cats this household is not for you. I am looking for a professional who needs a room ideally Monday to Friday but not an problem if you do reside full time. . The house has a newly fitted bathroom with bath, toilet & shower upstairs and also downstairs toilet. Medium sized sunny garden. The view from this double room is beautiful looking across open fields and has amazing sunsets. I am a very tidy person who works from home . There is plenty of parking on the road without any restrictions. There is a bus stop at end of close that takes you into Letchworth town centre. Good transport links to London, Hitchin and Stevenage and is only a 20 minute walk to the train station.
