The cutest house in Letchworth

Hello lovely people

I am Rachael. I have a very beautiful traditional style Letchworth cottage overlooking a common (no noise!) with a cosy, bright double room to rent (pictured)

The room comes furnished with a double bed, clothes rail and chest of drawers. In the picture there is a desk but this is no longer here. Feel free to bring your own furnishings.

We are lucky to have a communal allotment and I have potatoes and cabbages growing. Our neighbour keeps on top of it all but help yourself. There is on free street parking 30 seconds walk across the green. There is a private garden with a shed for your bike and a little table and chairs for the spring morning sun.

There’s a large kitchen diner with distilled water, a gorgeous living space with lots of plants and a beautiful view of the common in front of the house (no road, no pedestrians)

We also will share a lovely bathroom with a deep bath and good shower.

We’re a 3 minute drive from the leisure center and 5-10 minute walk from norton common. The train station/town center is a 20 minute walk.

All bills included, that’s fiber broadband as well as a weekly cleaner.

You will be sharing with me and my little rescue kitten, Bambi, currently 8months old. She is absolutely adorable and loves a snuggle.

About me:

I am a medical sales professional (surgical sales) and also a practicing Yogini. This means that I eat pretty much a vegan diet. I’d prefer it if we was on a similar wavelength, although not a dealbreaker. With my work, normally it would mean that I’m out quite a lot, although this year I’m home 24/7 thanks to COVID.

I am also a yoga teacher (Although currently not teaching) but I’m happy to share my practice with you. I basically use the living space as a yoga studio at the moment. There is no TV so I don’t have a license but by all means you can have one in your room!

Friends would say I am easy going, kind and open minded. I love music, festivals, to dance and I love to chat about philosophy/science/astrology/humans/healing etc. Prior to moving to Letchworth (September 2020) I was pretty travelling for 3 years between Latin America and Ibiza. I speak a little Spanish, how cool if you do too!

I’m an INFP in the Myers Briggs, I like my alone time as much as I like to spend time with lovely people. :)

The house is my sanctuary, and I want to coexist with someone who wants to share this little piece of heaven with me.

It goes without saying but you must be clean, respectful and open minded.

Ideally a yogi too and we can practise and occasionally cook together :)
