Female preferred but consider male if the mix felt right. Currently have 1 make lodger 23.

Beautiful bathroom bright and airy. Kitchen is currently being modernised but has all someone would need including dishwasher.
Separate laundry room.
Dinning area space to eat.
Exercise equipment available in outdoor covered space.

One month rolling contract due to house being on the market but no current buyer so anticipate room available for minimum of 3 months or longer.
Occasional viewings are taking place (normally Saturdays from 12pm) but always with prior notice.
