Looking for a clean, tidy and respectful housemate for my spare room. The house is a 1970s terraced house on a housing estate in Letchworth.
In the process of buying a double bed for the spare room, so bare with me (currently used as my study, as you can see from the photos, but I will of course be moving out of the room), hence the available date specified as the end of June.
I’m a 30 year old professional consulting engineer who usually works at home 3 days a week and is in London the other two. I’m socially quiet and easy going but also obsessively tidy, so really need someone who is the same as me, also preferably someone who enjoys gardening as the place has a garden which could do with some TLC!
Closest transport links are Letchworth Garden City train station and various bus stops around the estate.
Bills would be split with me, extra over the monthly rental amount.
Would prefer a female roomseeker as have found them to be tidy and respectful from previous experiences.
