The room is clean and comfortable as is the rest of the home. I'm looking for a professional full time worker preferred who is clean, tidy and respectful to share with.
The house is; in a quiet cul-de-sac, within a 100yds of the nature reserve and lovely pub, nicely decorated with a conservatory, shared bathroom, loo, small garden, kitchen/diner with washing machine and dishwasher. The rental room is nicely decorated, small but perfectly adequate with a single comfortable bed and new mattress, cupboard, drawers.
There's parking outside for one car per tenant and it is an easy walk to main shops and pubs. St. Albans is approx 3 miles away.
I am friendly, easy to get along with and sociable.
