I'm Adam, 37 year old gay guy with 2 small dogs that are friendly and well behaved. Looking for somebody young (at heart at least) who enjoys company but also respects space as I've lived alone for a while. My home is my haven and I'd like somebody that can make it theirs too. It's a place of calm and peace unless friends come over (when not in lockdown obvs) then it's a place of drinking and laughter. Keen to keep it a 100% drama free zone!

House details - Decent sized south facing back garden with patio. Driveway for 2 cars (I have one already). Garage (full of junk but can make space for a bike if needed), Dining room, living room and kitchen. Downstairs loo, utility room (doubles as smoking area if required, main house is smoke free). All bills including decent broadband included. Cleaner once a fortnight for bathrooms, kitchen and communal areas included. Tumble dryer and dishwasher.

Had some great but also some not great shares before and do NOT want a return to that life. Calm, Fun, Considerate and up front people are my kind of people and you can expect the same in return.

House is just under 20 minutes walk from Meldreth train station on the south side of Melbourn. Quiet residential street with nice neighbours.
