Double room in a nicely decorated bright airy house,

THE BEDROOM:

Lovely comfortable bright double room with king sized bed overlooking a beautiful garden.

Furniture included: Drawers, cupboard with rail, extra free-standing clothes rail.
There is room for you to add either a desk/dressing table or an extra wardrobe (I leave it flexible as each lodger has wanted different things).

THE HOUSE:

- Well equipped kitchen attached to conservatory and dining room (can get a little cold due to design).
- Comfy living room which also doubles as my office, but you are welcome to watch TV if I'm not working.
- Modern bathroom with good sized shower cubicle.
- Downstairs additional toilet.
- Off street parking.
- Lovely garden
- Really quiet road with friendly neighbours.

TRANSPORT AND LOCAL AREA:

- Excellent transport links, especially into Central London - 6-7 minute walk to Oakleigh Park train station (trains every 15-30 mins going quickly to Finsbury Park, Highbury & Islington, Moorgate and sometimes Kings Cross).
- Lots of buses and 20 minute walk to Totteridge & Whetstone underground.
- Shops and supermarkets within 10-15 minute walk.
- Parks, leisure centre, cinema all close too.

ABOUT ME:

A young at heart, friendly professional who has activities both at home and in town. I travel sometimes for between a few weeks to a month a few times a year. I like my peace and quiet too and do lots of cooking, yoga, gardening and grow my own veg. I am very eco-friendly.

ABOUT YOU:

Friendly, warm, reliable, respectful of boundaries, but also like your own space. Ideally you are out at work during the day and have your own social life. You don't need to get up super early (like before 6.30am) or get back from your social plans at crazy hours in the middle of the night (I'm a fairly light sleeper!).

If you eat mostly veggie and fish, we'll get on very well - although I do eat some meat. Would prefer someone who doesn't eat pork/bacon.

Would prefer someone who is mindful of all things eco-products, recycling, reducing unnecessary energy/water usage.

Pets are welcome but not upstairs.

Current lodger is moving up North, but has said it's been the place he's felt most at home for many years of renting different places!
