I’m currently looking for a housemate for my 2-bed in Potters Bar. Due to the Covid situation, I have moved back up North whilst my work are allowing me to work from home. My housemate is absolutely lovely, she works locally in Potters Bar so will be staying. She keeps all communal areas super clean, keeps to herself but also loves a good chat when crossing paths.
Rent is £550, and includes broadband costs.
The house is in immaculate condition as I’m super clean! There’s lots of free parking spaces, the train station is a 12-min walk and has a direct line going into central London. The area itself is extremely safe.
The deposit will be 5 weeks rent and move in date can be negotiable, but would be ideal to have somebody in sooner rather than later (obviously can make exceptions if deposit is paid ahead of time).
The bedroom is large with a double bed and great lighting coming in. There are 2 large storage cupboards in the hallway for even more additional space!
The tenancy runs until Dec 7! ***
