I’m looking for an easy going female flatmate to rent out one of my spare rooms. The room is a furnished double, which has beautiful views across the fields opposite towards the sunset. Loads of drawers and a cupboard for storage. There is also a separate study / lounge area next door, which you’re welcome to use for work or privacy in the evenings. There is a shared bathroom with roll top bath. Modern kitchen with a Rangemaster cooker and Smeg Fridge. Private gated parking with two spaces (and more at the back). My home is an ex farm cottage in Shenleybury, which is 5mins to Radlett . The house is very modern inside with all mod cons.; huge TV. and surround sound, smart amenities and heating. Front and back gardens, ring security. The back garden is large, with 2 patios and room for dining and chilling outside , so lovely in the summer. (I work out there a lot too!) . I work from home 3 x week and in the office 2 x week. Must like cats as I have two! It’s about 8 mins to the railway in Radlett or St Albans. Lots of local shops in Radlett, St Albans and London Colney. Close to the M25 and circa 20mins to Luton , or 15mins to Harpenden or Watford. Includes bills and broadband. I’m open to 5 days a week, or full time. I’m pretty relaxed and treat my home as my sanctuary. I love the outdoors and gardening. I’m surrounded by lovely fields and walks, but in 30mins you can be in central London! So it's perfect for commuting if you want a cheaper location than central. (Thameslink line: 15mins to West Hampstead where you can get the Jubilee line, 20mins to Kentish Town where you can pick up Northern Line,, 30mins to Kings X, 35mins to London Bridge). St Albans is 10mins and Watford 15mins.
