Large king size bedroom next to park - 6 month min

Hi all,

My housemate is moving out as she has another job up in bedford - she's moving out sometime in August - flexible.

The room available is a king size bedroom, with patio doors. The bathroom next to the bedroom is all yours. The bedroom is unfurnished - so would need a bed and free standing wardrobes

The flat in general is really nice and is situated on the ground floor, is large, clean - has some of my furniture scattered around from a previous flat. I have a dedicated dryer too which comes in handy.

In terms of location - the flat is directly opposite the park and gym/pool and is 15 minutes walk to st albans city station and 5 minute walk to town.

In terms of parking, there is one allocated parking bay, which I use, but there is off-road parking available or for £45 a month there are spaces available at st albans abbey station car park (I used to park my car here so know that its safe and all and only 1 minute walk).

I don't own the flat - I moved down here from Manchester around 1.5 years ago. I've spoken to the landlord (who lives next door) and he's okay with a new person coming in as long as we sign a new contract for 6 month min - starting in August/September.

Just after someone to move in who is easy going, social, tidy and respectful. The other tenants in the building range from 30's - 90; so a real mix.
