Hi, I'm looking for a flatmate from mid January onwards (min 6 months). I have lived here for a 6 months myself and it is a really comfy place with a perfect location. It is St Albans city centre (Catherine Street), therefore you can get the best of the evening life (close to restaurants, gym) and also the train station is nearby (10 minutes walk) if you commute to work. Market with fresh food is just round the corner. Flat is a bargain considering the location and the room is of decent size. Few words of myself: I work in St Albans. I have been here only just over a year. Like spending evenings in, at the flat in our cosy living room. Also like going for events and to the gym, whenever I can.
