Nice double room in 4 bed detached family house

Hi, Are you a non smoking female looking for a nice hone in a pleasant area of st Albans? There is a cosy double bedroom with double bed with plenty of storage in a well presented detached four bed house. I am a dad whose adult daughters still call in and stay at times so this is a family home rather than an house share. It is a typical 1930s house in a nice area of St. Albans. Off street parking for at least 3 cars. There are two sitting rooms both equipped with large HD flat screen TV's and Sky Q. Spare tv available for bedroom if required.

Just one thing.. as it is a family house, so don't really want regular visitors - an occasional friend maybe by arrangement but not really wanting regular or overnight guests etc! (No couples). my older daughter might occasionally like for her birthday etc use the garden for a few friends over and younger one (25) does have friends over sometimes. Previous lodgers have all been professional ladies who were new to St Albans needing somewhere to base themselves for a year or two. Them being female fits better in sharing for my daughters somehow. I am out a lot and sometimes staying over at my partners home or away on holiday.... So you need to be happy in the house by yourself etc so having had several successful previous ladies stay .. i would only now have female lodgers. previous lodgers still keep in contact as friends and would be a happy to give verbal reference for me etc.
There is a large garden - great in the summer and patio with hot tub and garden table / chairs etc, plenty of off street parking. The house backs onto green belt fields and is a few seconds walk to a bus stop that goes into St Albans, or it is 20 mins walk into town. Easy access to M1, M25 and A1 motorways and about 25 mins walk to train station or 10 mins on bike (one old one available). Use of utility room washing machine, dishwasher, all house resources - superfast broadband, stereo, sky Q TV etc. Bills included apart from electricity and gas which is shared cost per month based on usage.
