We are looking for a professional female house mate to fill a room in St Albans.
The house is in a highly sought after area, and is less than a 10 minute walk to the high street. St Albans City Station is less than a twenty minute walk away, and Verulamium Park is close by.
The house is semi detached, in a really lovely location. The house has a good sized kitchen and has a nice downstairs living room which we all share. There is a downstairs toilet too. Upstairs has three bedrooms and a shared bathroom, which has a bath and a shower. The outside space consists of a garden / patio area.
All bills are included in the price of £455 per month.
The room will be available from Saturday 5th January 2019.
