* Full week, 7 day let available * Long single room (13ft by 9ft 2in) with double aspect windows and private en-suite bathroom (sink, shower and toilet) in London Colney, St Albans.

Semi-detached house. Sharing with friendly, creative, artistic family of husband, wife and (occasionally) two daughters.

Quiet area. Large garden. Countryside surroundings & parks within walking distance.

Gas, electricity, water, council tax, Netflix TV & DVD (in own room), fibre optic broadband AND weekday evening meals all included!

Price includes all 7 days of the week (if required) i. e. this is not just a Monday to Friday rental.

Females preferred.

Weekday evening meals included, ideal for those with standard (.e. g. 9am-5pm) working hours.

Furnishings include bed, large wardrobe and tub chair.

Bed linen, towels & laundry machine included.
