The room

Medium sized double bedroom with builtin storage and a full-length mirror in a 2nd floor flat in the middle of St Albans. Comes furnished with double bed, bedside table and lamp.

The flat is equipped with underfloor heating throughout and individual room thermostats.

The kitchen is rather on the small side but has full-size Fridge/Freezer, oven/grill, 4 hob gas burner, dishwasher and washing machine/dryer.

The Lounge/Dining room is huge with amazing south facing windows and high ceilings. Has TV/Chromecast/Record player/HiFi/Dining Table/Chairs/Sofa Bed/CoffeeTable/Shelving etc.

You will have primary use of the Main Bathroom (Shower over Bath) as my room has an En-Suite. So bar guests you will have full use of it.

I work in the technology sector and travel frequently for business at short notice for sometimes weeks at a time.

Basement carpark with secure bike racks and fob/code access available with potential carpark spaces to rent as an extra.

The wireless or Wired internet is available throughout.

Bills are not included in the rent.
