Large Double with ensuite 10 mins from station

Hi, my current flatmate is moving out to find a place with his girlfriend so I'm looking for another person to move in from 1st March.

This is an ideal place if you need to commute to London or work in town as the station is only 10 mins walk away and the town centre a few mins on from there.

I've lived here for 2 years now and it's been a brilliant place to live. I'm happy with the room I'm in, so you'd have the large double room with en-suite, complete with bed and built in wardrobes.
The flat is large. As you walk in there is a sizeable hallway with storage/airing cupboard....plenty of space for suitcases and coats etc. The living room is really nice as you can see from the pictures. There are two sofa's and a dining table that seats 6 and also a coffee table, so loads of space for chilling out.
The kitchen has a good size fridge freezer, plenty of cupboard space and work surface areas.
All bills included in the price. I should add the flat is very warm even the cold winter months.
We also have an allocated parking space and there are plenty of visitors parking spaces.

I'm in my early(ish!) 30's and looking for someone to share with who is sociable and easy going as that's what I am! I like a good night out, but also happy to take it easy and watch tv after a long day at work. I am clean and tidy so that's my only ask of my new flatmate that they are the same.
