Double room, Available Middle June-19

We are letting out a double room in our quiet Stevenage house share, with plenty of street parking available. The room has LED lighting, with a freshly painted walls, and ceiling. We added black out curtains for sleeping that extra bit longer during your days off.

The room has a bed and mattress, a big chest of drawers, cupboard, and you are welcome to add additional extras to suit your needs.

The house has a shared kitchen area with a washing machine, tumble dryer, two fridge-freezers, microwave and oven. We have an outside area for an early morning coffee or a weekend barbeque.

The housemates are very friendly, get along well, and work together to keep the house running smoothly. There are a one or two that smoke, but strictly outside the house. The house is quiet, and the current housemates are looking for someone with similar mindset. Our cleaner visits the property once per week to maintain the communal areas.

The property has easy road access to the A1(M), Stevenage town centre, and Stevenage rail station for quick and easy access to London.

We would need 1 month's rent paid in advance along with a deposit equal to 1 month's rent before you move in. ** Please ask if you need flexibility with the rent (can be paid weekly)

- TV license,
- Council tax and
- Water, and
- Cleaner that comes in weekly
- And… landlords that get things done without delay.
