I have recently renovated my maisonette in the Oldtown Stevenage, so now have a single bedroom with built in rail wardrobe available .lAmazing location! It is a 3 minuet walk to the highstreet with lots of bars and restaurants. It also takes me just 6 minuets to cycle to Stevenage Train station, which has great transport links.

Brand new kitchen; with all new appliances (oven, dishwasher, washing machine, instant boiling water tap). Brand new bathroom also with storage under bath and waterfall shower.

All bills are included INC council tax and internet. Current housemates - lovely working professionals, like to have a chat, respect the space and each other.

Preference; ideally looking for somebody who is clean, friendly and respects the home. I would love for it to be treated as a home and maintained as it all new carpet, furniture etc.

Current house mates are two working professionals, clean and friendly. Truly lovely people, who like to cook together etc. But also respect each other’s space.

Ideally looking for somebody who’s a similar age mid 20’s.
