We are thinking to rent out one bedroom of the apartment we live in, 2 minutes walking distance from the train station.
Is a 3rd bedroom apartment and is 2 of us living in it.
We are out of the house most of the time Mondays to Fridays 10hours a day, due to work commitments, but also some weekends away.
We like early quite bed time during the week. We are clean, tidy, fun and easy going.
We would be looking for a responsible&mature person as everything in the house is ours, even fridge and dishwasher so all repairs are on our expense etc. So you would have to be someone who can look after the place as if it was yours. :)
In exchange you get a good sized bright double bedroom with huge windows, 1 double bed, big sized mirrored 2 sliding doors wardrobe, little table&chair, little computer table, floor lamp etc... In an amazing location, high ceilings apartment make it very bright, full use of all kitchen appliances.
