- I have a double room to rent in a two bedroom ground floor flat in a well located area of Stevenage. The area is quiet and is a short walk from the Old Town, Town Centre, and Railway Station. There is off-street parking at the back of the apartment building and the flat is located close to one of Stevenage's many cycle paths. The room is furnished, with a list of contents below.
- My new flatmate will have access to all common areas of the flat; living/dining room, kitchen, bathroom and outside patio. My ideal flatmate is a non-smoker who is not noisy and likes to keep the place clean and tidy.
