(Almost) Whole flat to rent near Stevenage Station

Hey, I have a room/flat to rent in the near future and I'm looking for a clean, friendly and respectful person or couple to move in! The flat is in a great location around a 10 minute walk from Stevenage station and <5 minutes to Stevenage Old Town. It's facing into a courtyard so is fairly quiet, gets sun all afternoon and is very warm all year round so there's no need for heating throughout the winter. There's also a nice balcony with chairs and lots of plants - smoking isn't allowed in the flat but it's fine to smoke on the balcony. I'm a 27yo professional and currently live here with my girlfriend who will be moving to London later in the near. I'll also be away most of the time and will likely only be around a couple of times a month, so you have more or less the whole flat to yourself. You'd rent the smaller room but can use the whole flat including the larger room as an office while I'm not around. If you want the bigger room it will be a little more expensive. Couples are also accepted/encouraged but will be a little more expensive also to cover the additional bills. I'm pretty easy going, relaxed and friendly and am really into music, culture and science so hopefully we'll have plenty to talk about.
