The apartment is located in the town centre with lots of convenient amenities (24-hour Tesco, Superdrug, Boots, Pure Gym, cafes, etc.) and is a short 5 minute walk to Stevenage train station. For professionals who work in London, there are direct trains to Kings Cross which take 20 minutes and to Farringdon which take 25 minutes.

The bedroom for rent is the main double room and comes fully furnished, with a Simba mattress and pillows, wardrobe, drawers and bedside table.

The living area is a large open plan space containing a fully furnished kitchen and living room area. There is a smart TV in the flat, equipped with Netflix, Prime etc.
